近二十年以来国家经济迅猛发展，社会竞争越发激烈,高校学生学习速度日益加快，学习内容种类不断增多，接受知识面也明显拓宽，导致其被迫产生巨大心理压力而无法输出。基于此，各大高校开始加大学生们的日常心理健康教育,使学生在巨大的学习压力伴随中能够具有稳定的心理状态,是现如今培养国家所需高素质人才的硬件之一，也是大学生成长、成材教育的一门必修课。因此，学校的心理健康教育在大学教学中突显着尤为重要的作用和无法替代的地位。伴随着科学技术的快速发展,这种新晋的教育模式—网课，正在取代传统教学方法，快速走进高校学生的教育课堂。如今当下这一种进步，不但丰富了人们的日常生活模式,同时也使学生对日常学习内容有了极大的新鲜感和兴趣。通过全面响应高校学生素质教育的号召，还需要我们不断的开发新路径，理论和实践种类加以创新，使我国高校心理健康教育能够更加全面的展开。
